May 17th (SUNDAY) Rock-n-Romp in Overton Square 2-5pm

Alright y'all, we've got a new venue to test out! Please join us for our annual Sunday show, this time in Overton Square. We'll be closing down the street and having a big ol' time. Our bands are Sleepwlkrs, Zigadoo Moneyclips & Data Drums (in that order).

The Art Project, a kids art studio coming to Overton Square in June will provide a free art activity for kids in front of their space, which is 2092 Trimble Place.

Per usual we will have free beer for the adults. We will also have a few snacks from Whole Foods and some delicious pimento cheese from Tom's Tiny Kitchen. However, we will NOT have BBQ. Please plan to enjoy lunch before the show (or dinner after!) at one of the many fabulous restaurants in Overton Square. Or feel free to bring your own snacks.

Free parking is available in the Overton Square parking garage.

We ask that all adults donate $5; kids are free.

Tell your friends!

April 11th Rock-n-Romp at Mud Island

As is now custom, we will kick off our season at Mud Island River Park. We'll be in the grove by the concession stand and fountains on the south end of the Island. Put the kids in their bathing suits, bring your blankets and lawn chairs, and prepare yourselves for a great afternoon of music!

On the bill we have Short in the Sleeve, Buckles & Boots, and The Sheiks.

Parking on the north end of the Island is free (enter from Harbor Town). Give yourself 15-20 minutes to get to the south end. Feel free to use strollers, wagons, bikes, etc. to facilitate getting the little ones to the show. You must be on the Island by 4pm. (Be at monorail by 3:30pm.) The park officially closes at 5pm and the last tram to the east side leaves at 5:15pm. Please plan accordingly.

If your kids want to play in the fountains, please keep an eye on them. There is no lifeguard on duty. We will have volunteers keeping an eye out, but parents are responsible for their children.

There's also a great bluff for sliding down, so bring some cardboard.

We will have Central BBQ, Tom's Tiny Kitchen Pimento Cheese, fruit from Whole Foods Market & Yuengling beer, free of charge, while supplies last. (Feel free to bring your own snacks and a cooler--no alcohol allowed--if you prefer. Food and beverages are also for sale on the island.)

We ask that each adult donate $5. Kids are free.

We will have new Rock-n-Romp shirts for sale.

Revolutions Bicycle CoOp is hosting a group ride to the April 11th show! Meet in front of Revolutions’ Bike Gate at Noon (1000 S. Cooper St). The plan is to roll out at 12:15 to give everyone plenty of time. They will be showing off their rental fleet, selling memberships & t-shirts at the show. Stop by and say hi!
