Rock-n-Romp Camp Registration is Open

Rock-n-Romp Camp is back!

CC7_3373

This year there is only one session, July 7-11 at Rozelle Elementary in Midtown. Camp will run from 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F, plus there will be a showcase Sunday evening, July 13, at the Young Avenue Deli. The camp is open to boys and girls in grades 1-7. The cost for the week is $200. Kids will be asked to bring a sack lunch, but we will provide snacks.

Click here for the camper application. (You have to download it for it to become fillable.)  Get it in soon, before we're all full!

We are also looking for staff members to teach an instrument and volunteers in grades 8-12 to assist at the camp. Email us at memphisrocknromp@gmail.com if interested.

Introducing Rock-n-Chomp

We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with Whole Foods to bring you Rock-n-Chomp!

Rock-n-Chomp will be a mini Rock-n-Romp located at Whole Foods Market the third Tuesday of each month. There will be a family friendly concert by local musicians followed by a healthy snack. Best part? It is free for all.

Today was the first show, featuring Caleb Sweazy. Caleb is an amazing musician, awesome dad, and Rock-n-Romp board member, among other things.

About fifteen families attended the inaugural show.

In addition to great music, everyone had a healthy snack. Today it was make your own parfaits!

Thanks to everyone who attended the show, and huge props to Emily Lux at Whole Foods for making it happen!

Join us next month on April 15th at 9:00am.
